Kylie Jenner’s Kylie Skin Line Sells Out Within Hours
Another day means another bag secured for Kylie Jenner. Yesterday (May 22), the 21-year-old makeup mogul launched her brand new skincare line, Kylie Skin, which completely sold out within hours of its debut.
In a matter of six minutes, loyal fans got their hands on the bundle set, which retails for $125. In a tweet, Kylie shared her excitement over the line’s rapid success and offered a solution to those who missed out on the bundle deal.
“So, we sold out of the skin sets sooo fast,” the Life of Kylie star wrote. “We know a lot of you had them in your cart, but there were thousands of people in line checking out with the sets at the exact same second. This means that for some of you, by the time you got to checkout, they had sold out.”
In addition to the bundle set, Kylie Skin features an array of products including makeup wipes, a mini travel bag, a foaming cleanser, a facial serum, a vanilla milk toner, eye cream, a moisturizer, and a walnut facial scrub. Her products are also affordable with prices ranging from $20 to $30.
Earlier this year, Forbes dubbed Kylie as the world’s youngest “self-made billionaire.” After fans read the word “self-made,” it stirred up a lot of arguments due to the reality star’s famous family. In an interview with PAPER, the KUWTK star explained that she did not inherit money from her parents and worked hard to be where she is today.
“My parents told me I needed to make my own money, it’s time to learn how to save and spend your own money, stuff like that,” Kylie admitted to PAPER in reference to being financially cut off at the age of 15. “What I’m trying to say is I did have a platform, but none of my money is inherited.”
Moving forward, Kylie already has something else up her sleeve. This time around, she is using her one-year-old daughter Stormi as inspiration. Recently, TMZ reported that the mother-of-one trademarked the name “Kylie Baby.” According to the celebrity news site, Kylie will release her own line of baby cribs, blankets, baby walkers, and so much more.
